This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, installation, or modification
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided

Please note that certain items may be subject to different return conditions due to their nature, size, or customization. We recommend contacting us before initiating a return to confirm eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized items that were specifically manufactured or modified according to your specifications
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Opened or used items that cannot be resold in new condition
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Damaged items resulting from misuse, improper installation, or accidents after delivery
  • Gift cards, digital products, or downloadable content
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions
  4. Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  5. Include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team using a trackable shipping method
  7. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records

Please note that returns without a valid Return Authorization Number may not be accepted or may experience processing delays.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

If your return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt and verification of the returned item. Please contact our customer service team for specific instructions in these cases.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria. This inspection process typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive the item. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and inform you whether your return has been approved or denied.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference and the terms outlined in this policy. If your return is denied because the item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include returning the item to you at your expense.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following refund terms:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval of your return
  • The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned item(s) but will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • If you paid using a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card
  • If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method

Please note that restocking fees may apply to certain returns, particularly for large or bulky items. Any applicable restocking fees will be communicated to you before you complete the return process.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to discuss availability and options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns. If the replacement item has a different price than the original item, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.

To expedite the exchange process, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures that you receive your preferred product as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include:

  • Providing a replacement item at no additional cost
  • Issuing a full refund, including original shipping charges
  • Offering a partial refund or discount if you choose to keep the item
  • Arranging for repair or restoration services, if applicable

To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide photographs of the damaged or defective item, including any packaging damage, and a detailed description of the issue. We may also request additional information or documentation to support your claim.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item due to a shipping or fulfillment error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional charge and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with correcting our error.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled without penalty if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item(s) according to our standard return policy once you receive them.

For custom or made-to-order items, cancellations may be subject to fees or restrictions depending on the stage of production. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a custom order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Consultation Services

Our interior design consultation services are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled or conducted. However, if you need to reschedule or cancel a consultation, please provide at least 48 hours notice, and we will work with you to find an alternative date or provide a credit toward future services. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States, return policies may vary based on your location and applicable international shipping regulations. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Please contact our customer service team for specific instructions and assistance with international returns. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
